Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
We do not supply support services for third party applications nor directly for PxPlus products sourced from third parties. If you did not purchase your PxPlus products directly from PVX Plus Technologies Ltd. but rather through one of our resellers, you should contact them for your support needs.
