The PVX Plus office will be closed on Monday, July 1st in observance of Canada Day.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
Note: We do not supply support services for third party applications nor directly for PxPlus products sourced from third parties. If you did not purchase your PxPlus products directly from PVX Plus Technologies Ltd. but rather through one of our resellers, you should contact them for your support needs.
Information Needed When Submitting a HelpDesk Ticket
Providing the following information will ensure that your request is handled as efficiently as possible:
- A valid email address is required to submit a ticket
- Serial number of PxPlus license
- Software versions and types of equipment
- Description of problem and symptoms (only one problem description per ticket)
- Do not include the license activation keys.
An acknowledgment email will be sent with the ticket number assigned to your case. If you don’t receive this email, please check your SPAM folder. To ensure delivery of emails to your inbox, please add us to your address book or safe sender list.
